How the itamASSIST Helpdesk works:
1. Login and open a New Ticket.
2. Choose Category and Priority.
3. ASK A QUESTION and hit SUBMIT.
4. You will receive email notification of your answer(s) – you may receive multiple answers from several Professional Panel members that you can choose from.
5. Click on the link in your email to access your question with its answers.
6. Reply with your choice of answers (who submitted the best answer for your need) in your ticket. Close the ticket.
7. Go to the Members Area Tab and choose the Subscriber Satisfaction survey.
8. Fill out the survey and submit.
